What happens if I wish to cancel my reservation?
If you have paid the Reservation Fee to book a room and then decide to cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable. If you proceed to signing a Lease Agreement and then decide to terminate before the end date, you will be obliged to pay all the outstanding rent payments for the whole duration as specified in the signed contract. You can see the full cancellation policy here.
Can I view the studios & suites?
If you like to see the property and different room types in person, we are happy to take you for a tour! Our opening times vary from per location, so we encourage you to book a viewing appointment by call or by email. We can also book a video call tour for those unable to visit in person.
What documents do I need to submit?
During the booking process we ask you to provide us with the following documents:
- A copy of your I.D./passport.
- A copy of your student card, letter of enrolment from university, or letter of acceptance from university.
- A copy of a utility bill as a proof of your home address.
- A copy of your guarantor’s I.D./passport.
- A copy of a utility bill under your guarantor’s name as a proof of their home address.
How far in advance do I need to book?

Your place at Unihalls is guaranteed only when you provide us with the necessary documentation, pay the deposit and any extras chosen, and receive the offer of accommodation.
