If you have paid the Reservation Fee to book a room and then decide to cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable. If you proceed to signing a Lease Agreement and then decide to terminate before the end date, you will be obliged to pay all the outstanding rent payments for the whole duration as specified in the signed contract.
