F.A.Q’s - Reservations

uniHALLS admits students from any university and any part of the world. Therefore, if you are over 16 years old and you are enrolled at any educational institution as a part-time or full-time student, you can apply for accommodation. If you are not sure if you can stay with us, please contact the residence you want to live in and the on-site accommodation staff will answer all your questions.
Booking online is the easiest and quickest method to make a reservation at uniHALLS. The booking process is demonstrated below:
  1. Select property and room type.
  2. Provide personal information and create an account.
  3. Pay the deposit and any extras online.
  4. You will get the payment confirmation instantly and an offer of accommodation will follow. It usually takes 5-7 working days to complete a reservation.
Alternatively, you can call, send us an email or visit us on site to arrange your booking.
We just don’t know how many spaces will be available each year, so as soon as you’ve confirmed your place at your university, we recommend you to proceed to booking. Your place at uniHALLS is guaranteed only when you provide us with the necessary documentation, pay the deposit and any extras chosen and receive the offer of accommodation.
During booking process we ask you to provide us with the following documents:
  1. A copy of your I.D./passport.
  2. A copy of your student card/your letter of enrollment from university/ your letter of acceptance from university.
  3. A copy of a utility bill as a proof of your home address.
  4. A copy of your guarantor’s I.D/passport.
  5. A copy of a utility bill under your guarantor’s name as a proof of his/her home address.
If you like to see the property and different room types in person, we are happy to take you for a tour! Our opening times vary from property to property so we encourage you to call us or send us an email to arrange a viewing for you.
If you have paid the deposit and you have been allocated a room, then if you decide to cancel your booking the deposit is non-refundable. However, come and talk to us; we might be able to help!
