Yes, where else would you wash your clothes? All our properties have coin-operated easy-to-use laundries, with several washers and drying machines, which are open 24 hours for your own convenience. Each wash costs €3.50 and drying machine service costs €1.00 per 20 minutes. The most amazing feature is that you don’t even need to buy washing powder or fabric softener, as it is included in the price.

All our developments have their own car park. There is a reduced yearly fee for residents, so if you need a parking spot in the parking place and you can request it at the booking stage.

If you have a bike, don’t worry! We have plenty of secure bike racks on the ground floor of each property.
