Get Fit without a Budget
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle isn’t always easy, and fitting it in around a busy university schedule and in a student budget can be tricky but here we can make staying fit a reality.
Take advantage of the facilities of our fitness center located on the basement at no extra cost. The only thing you have to do is to buy Unihalls trinity Gym Card at the price of €30 from the front desk.

Laundry Rooms

On-site laundry facilities accessible 24/7
For your own convenience there is a spacious laundry room at the property, equipped with coin- operated self-service washing machines and tumble dryers. It is open 24/7 and you can find it on the on the ground floor of Block A.
Laundry facilities are self-service. You’ll pay from €4.00 per wash (including soap and conditioner) and from €1.20 per 20 minutes for the tumble dryer.

What on earth could be more exquisite than a sofa, a book and a cup of coffee?
Enjoy fresh juices, coffees, smoothies, snacks and much more as well as delicious food in our café on the ground floor of the building.

Mail Service

Pass on post
As long as you do not forget to include your room number in the postal information of your new address, front-office staff will receive your mail and parcels at the reception of the residence. Your address will be your block & room number followed by:

We take cleaning seriously

Even though we clean the common areas on a daily basis, it’s your own responsibility to keep your room clean and tidy. Unihalls trinity offers a selection of cleaning services at a small charge, upon request. Find the full list of services below:

Lux Cleaning: For those who have a keen eye to detail. Our dedicated cleaning crew will take a good care of your room and will try their best to deliver a sparkling clean suite. Lux Cleaning starts from €20.
Superior Cleaning: A top-notch cleaning to meet professional standards. Here the cleaning staff does more than you can think of, giving emphasis to some of the hardest jobs. Superior Cleaning starts from €30.
Check-out Cleaning: We expect the rooms at the checkout to be professionally clean otherwise the tenants will be liable to pay for the service. Check-out Cleaning starts from €60.

Linen Service

Clean ironed linen straight to your door.
We can provide your bed and bath linen every week. By ordering linen service, you don’t have to spend your time in laundry rooms or wait long queues to wash your bed sheets and towels. Upon arrival, you will receive a laundry package including bed sheets (set of 2), pillow cases (set of 2), bath towel and face towel (set of 2). We will then collect this package from you once a week and we will provide you with clean, ironed linens on the same day. Linen service cost €155/year.

Transportation Service

Private, hassle-free taxi services
As a resident of Unihalls trinity, you can enjoy a 24/7 dedicated taxi service. Our taxi driver will be waiting for you at your chosen location and will take you wherever you want to go at discounted rates.

Safe, Exclusive and Fuss-Free
Undoubtedly, our location area is one of the busiest and most populated areas in town. If you’re looking for a secured covered place you can choose your own parking spot on the ground floor of the building. Parking place is offered at reduced prices for residents. Parking spot cost €120/year.

Covered and secure
We want to support your respect for the environment, thus we have installed plenty, free-to-use bike racks to park your bikes. We love to see you moving around with sustainable transport!

Vending Machines

Satisfy your cravings with midnight snacks

When supermarkets are closed you can still buy your drinks and snacks from the coin-operated vending machine that is found on-site.
