In order to reserve a studio/suite at our premises you should fill in a form, provide us with the necessary documents (to find more information please click here) and pay €500. This amount is then used towards the payment of your deposit or 1st installment.
We just don’t know how many spaces will be available each year, so as soon as you’ve confirmed your place at your university, we recommend you to proceed to booking. Your place at uniHALLS is guaranteed only when you complete all the necessary documents and pay the €500 booking fee.
If you choose to cancel your booking with uniHALLS you will not get your booking fee returned to you.
All tenants should pay an amount as a deposit. Deposit can be paid either by cash or bank transfer. The amount of deposit is refundable at the end of leasing period under the following condition:
The tenant must deliver the suite at the expiry of the contact, in the same condition as he/she received it excluding normal wear and tear.

The required (at the time of booking) documents are:
- Tenant’s I.D/ Passport
- Tenant’s University card/ Proof of enrollment/ University letter of acceptance
- Guarantor’s I.D/ Passport
- Copy of any utility bill as a proof your home address.
- Guarantor Agreement (Appendix C- Tenancy Agreement) with his/her original signature (at the time of check-in)
The tenancy agreement will only be confirmed, once all necessary documentation has been supplied.
A guarantor is a third party such as parent or close relative who agrees to pay your rent if you don’t pay it, by signing the appendix C of the tenancy agreement. The guarantor liabilities also extend to all the other conditions under the tenancy such as any damage caused to the property.
The quick answer is everything! All your utility bills (Broadband, Gas, Water, Electricity, Taxes, Communal expenses, Garbage Disposal fees) are included. Our accommodation also offers cable TV in all studios and free gym access which is one of our most unique characteristic.
Our rent dates and amounts are set out clearly within our application literature.
For ALL payment plans the rent is payable strictly on the predetermined dates.

You can pay at reception in person using cash or cheques. Alternatively, you can pay by bank transfer in an account which will be specified by the authorized staff. The payment of the rent is only proved with an original signed receipt of the owner or the Bank. Any other form of evidence will not be accepted.
Our standard tenancies have fixed dates and cannot be changed. Residents are welcome to move-in before their assigned move-in date & time as long as their studio will be vacant and they promptly inform the front office supervisor about their request. Extra days are charged €30/day. If you have any questions or concerns regarding uniHALLS check-in procedures, please call our customer service at (+357) 22210004.
For your best convenience, we plan your check-in in advance, at least 7 days before your arrival. Arrivals are welcome during reception opening hours, Monday-Friday from 09.00 until 21.00.
Unfortunately on Sundays and Bank Holidays and after our opening hours check-ins are not applicable.
In order to be entitled to live at uniHALLS, you have to be enrolled as a part-time or full-time student. If you are not enrolled, or are unable to sign up for classes, you MUST arrange an appointment with the manager as soon as possible to discuss the matter further and go over your options. In order to book an appointment with the management, stop by the front desk or call at (+357) 22210004.
If you don’t have a roommate lined up, we will try our best to find you the perfect match. However, we cannot guarantee this. The accommodation office of your university may be able to help you as well.
Yes, arrival packs consist of bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, cooking equipment etc. You can see the full list here. Please let us know at the time of booking if you want to purchase one. We sell arrival packs on a first-come-first-serve basis and they have to be prepaid.
