In our premises there are 2 laundry rooms, equipped with coin operated self-service washing machines and tumble dryers for the exclusive use of our residents. They are open 24/7 and they can be found on the basement of Block A and on the ground floor of Block B.
uniHALLS is responsible for managing the laundry rooms and residents are responsible for the immediate reporting to the staff of any operating problems, maintenance problems or damage to the laundry rooms and the machines.
We also offer linen service at a small fee, for those who do not want to buy or wash their linens. By providing you with clean linens once a week you don’t have to spend your time in laundry rooms or wait long queues to wash your bed sheets and towels. Let us do it for you!
We take cleaning seriously
It is the Tenant’s exclusive responsibility to maintain the suite and veranda clean and in excellent condition.
However, uniHALLS provides various kinds of cleaning services at a small charge, upon request. Below you can find more details about cleaning types.
- General Cleaning: What it takes to consider a clean room? A regular/general cleaning that will keep your room in good condition. Our cleaning staff is responsible to deliver a decent, clean and tidy room.
- Lux Cleaning: For those who have a keen eye to detail. Our dedicated cleaning crew will take a good care of your room and will try their best to deliver a sparkling clean suite.
- Superior (or Check-out) Cleaning: A top-notch cleaning to meet professional standards. Here the cleaning staff does more than you can think of, giving emphasis to some of the hardest jobs. We expect the rooms at the checkout to be professionally clean otherwise the tenants will be liable to pay for the service.

It is then important to know that the management retains the right to check the suite without notice. If the suite is observed not to be in a state of reasonable cleanliness that it might affects the hygiene of the others the management will send housekeeping service to your suite and you will burden the cost.
Additionally, it is essential not to leave any bin bags in the corridor. This presents a fire and trip hazard and it’s unpleasant for your neighbours as well.
Clean ironed linens straight to your door.
When arriving at uniHALLS you might not want to buy your own linens and have to wash them by yourself. By ordering linen service, upon your arrival you will receive a bag with a pair of bed sheets, 2 pillow cases, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 2 face towels. We will then collect this bag from you once a week and we will provide you with clean, ironed linens on the same day.

Private taxi services are provided all year round to accommodate all your needs!
Discounted rates are offered exclusively to our tenants from uniHALLS to Larnaca airport/Paphos airport and vice versa without any additional suitcases fee. In order to book please call us at +35722210004 or email us at email@example.com and provide us with your arrival time and airport, flight number, number of passengers and number of luggage.
Additionally, private taxi service is provided for your drives within the city at special rates.
